Exporting Analytics and Post Statistics gives you two ways to take performance data out of SmarterQueue. In this chapter, you’ll learn when to use the Overview PDF export, how to export published-post statistics as a CSV, and how to interpret the information in the resulting file.

When you review performance, the right export depends on the question you are trying to answer. A PDF can help you share a higher-level report, while a CSV gives you post-level data that you can filter, sort, and analyze in more detail.
Analytics exports let you take information from SmarterQueue’s Analyze area and use it outside the product. They cover two main export options.
Together, these options let you choose the level of detail and format that best fit the way you want to use the information.
Used well, Analytics Exports help you move from reviewing performance inside SmarterQueue to sharing, comparing, and analyzing that information in the format that best suits the task.
The two exports use different formats and serve different reporting needs. The sections below explain how the Overview PDF and Post Stats CSV work, what each contains, and how they connect to the rest of SmarterQueue.
