Once your content is being published consistently, you need a way to step back and understand how that system is performing overall.
Overview is the part of SmarterQueue’s Analyze area that gives you a broader analytics view based on content published through SmarterQueue.
You can use it to analyze one connected profile or multiple connected profiles. When you select a single profile, the report can give you a more focused view of that profile’s SmarterQueue-published performance. When you select multiple profiles, the report becomes a broader view that helps you review combined patterns or compare how those selected profiles are performing alongside each other.
That makes Overview different from Profile Analytics. Overview is centered on SmarterQueue-published content and can work across multiple profiles, while Profile Analytics focuses on one profile at a time and uses the wider profile-level data that platform makes available.
Used well, Overview helps you move beyond individual posts and understand how your SmarterQueue publishing system is performing across profiles and over time.
Overview works by building a report based on the profiles and date range you select, then organizing that data into summary views, engagement trends, and Category-level performance.
