The Bulk Editor is SmarterQueue’s workspace for reviewing and shaping multiple imported posts before they enter the rest of your publishing workflow. In this chapter, you’ll learn how the Bulk Editor works, how Bulk Actions fits into it, and how to use batch editing without losing control over individual posts.

Once content has been brought into SmarterQueue in bulk, the next step is deciding what can be handled across the whole batch and what still needs post-level review.
The Bulk Editor is the workspace SmarterQueue opens when you bring multiple posts in at once and need to review them before saving them into your publishing workflow.
Instead of opening one post in the Post Editor, the Bulk Editor shows a scrollable list of imported post entries in one window. Each entry behaves like a Post Editor-style post setup area, while the overall workspace gives you tools for handling the whole batch together.
That is what makes the Bulk Editor different. It is not a separate kind of post creation system. It is a way to work through multiple posts in one place, with Bulk Actions layered on top when the same settings should be applied across the batch.
Used well, the Bulk Editor gives bulk-imported content a practical staging area where shared setup can be applied efficiently without losing the ability to refine posts individually.
The Bulk Editor works by combining two levels of control: post-by-post editing inside the batch and batch-wide setup through Bulk Actions.
